Yzma's Lemonade Potion

Inspired by Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove

Our tasty secret is out, and it’s sugar-free! This brilliant lemonade recipe includes only natural ingredients. As you make this recipe, watch the lemonade potion change color right before your eyes. Ingredients

2 lemons

1 1/4 cup of water

1/4 cup minced purple cabbage

1/4 cup of classic monkfruit sweetener (a natural sugar replacement)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of minced purple cabbage with 1/4 cup of water.

Heat until it starts to boil, then remove from heat (or you can microwave it for about 45 seconds).

Strain out the cabbage from the bright purple liquid.

Add 1/4 cup of classic monkfruit sweetener, and stir until the sweetener dissolves.

Add 1 cup of cold water.

Set bowl aside or pour into a pitcher.

In a separate bowl, juice 2 lemons until you have a 1/4 cup of juice.

Pour the lemon juice into the pitcher and watch it change colors.

You are now ready to pour and serve.
